New Delhi, Mar 23 (PTI) Wheat dara prices fell by Rs 30 per quintal on the wholesale grains market today, largely due to adequate stocks in the market following fresh crop arrivals.
Traders said increased arrivals of new crop amid reduced offtake by flour mills mainly led to fall in wheat dara prices.
In the national capital, wheat dara (for mills) fell by Rs 30 to Rs 1,260-1,265 per quintal. Atta chakki delivery followed suit and traded lower by the same margin to Rs 1,250-1,255 per 90 kg.
Atta flour mills and maida also declined by Rs 5 and Rs 10 to Rs 645-665 and Rs 770-800 per 50 kg, respectively.
